Summer Institute 2026
Registration is open!
Please NOTE: Registration will close on June 8 at 11 am. We will not open it again after June 8 at 11 am, so make sure you have registered if you are wanting to attend.
ZOOM links will be sent to paid registrants the week of the event. See #2 in FAQ's below.
Please make sure you have updated the IMCAT address with our Houston office (IMCAT is no longer in Austin!!). Check with your accounting department!! See FAQ's below for address and 2026 W9.
The Instructional Materials Coordinators Association of Texas Summer Institute is a virtual training series for instructional materials coordinators and EMAT users, which features:
- all the information you'll need to start the next school year,
- valuable legislative updates,
- eight one-hour sessions on topics relevant to new and veteran coordinators,
- recorded Q&A with each instructor,
- session slide decks and recordings will be emailed to all registrants within a week of the event
- and more!
Member Registration ($120 early bird registration, $140 regular registration, $160 late registration...depends on when you register and provide PO number)

Non -member Registration ($210 early bird registration, $230 regular registration, $250 late registration)

Frequently Asked Questions
- How can I use my IMTA funds to cover my registration fees for IMCAT's Summer Institute? The registration fees are reimbursed through the EMAT system as "Professional Development." Learn more here.
- When will i get access to the virtual platform for the IMCAT Summer Institute? If registered, you'll get ZOOM details the day before the event. If you don't see it in your email inbox, search for POSTMASTER. If you still don't see it, contact [email protected].
- I'm paying by check or purchase order, but I'm not sure my check will arrive before June 9. That's okay! As long as you submit your PO, you will gain access to the virtual platform. Include your PO number on your registration. Checks should be mailed to : IMCAT, 1321 Antoine Drive, Houston TX 77055

- What is the cancellation policy? All registrations are nonrefundable.
